Asking for help

From my personal experience it is very hard to keep yourself focused on your goals. Procrastination or distractions are just around the corner. Instead of writing a blog post or working toward my fitness or health goals, I will be ready/watching social media, cleaning the house or playing games. Before you know it you spend multiple hours a day doing this and after a month you ask yourself what did I achieve?
Together with a very good friend of mine we set up a chat group and do weekly calls to give each other support and keep each other accountable. I'll keep you updated on this topic.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, please share your experiences and how are you managing reducing the noise that keeps you from your goals?
